| I have a dog and I had a parrot. The past tense regarding the parrot is because it's dead. When it died, the dog seemed really down for about a week after, not eating or being its usual, bouncy self. I think we often underestimate the empathy that animals have for other beings of life. |
| The idea of producing the Emotional Lives of Pets Art Exhibit is really wonderful. They simply show how animals feel for other living things. They also have this feeling of sympathy when another animal is hurt. I have my own pet dog and whenever he sees another dog is hurt he would come near and look like he gives comfort to his the same kind. It is really nice to see them in that scenario. |
| This art exhibit sort of "humanizes" pets as it shows that our furry friends also have feelings--they also get happy, sad, angry and hurt and they also know how to love and fight for their family and friends. Very similar to us, humans. Except that pets don't have sense of reasoning. That, I think separates us from them. We should all respect animals and we should avoid hurting those animals. |
| Pets can make us enjoyable and happiest man to our daily life .That's why I have so many pets in our home . We know that pet art can make our life more interesting and of course it can help us to prove ourselves to others , just like when they perform their exhibit to us. |
| I have to agree with you Jesselin. I have to say that having pets is one of the best decision I have ever made. I love my two dogs and they are really loving pets as well. I do not have kids and my husband was always busy with his work that even makes him go out of town. With my pets I felt like I have friends. Good day. |
